NO, it is not, PPS is down 30% in a months time. No BID support, will see the lows again. It was going to make a move, it would have done so already. Two people in the country being long cannot support the stock price.Chart looks no different than it did all year.....going down as much as I would like to see it go up. Facts are Facts.
