Sorry, had a phone call........I agree with all of you in a way.......These discussions/arguments/etc should never go beyond a certain line of "decency", for each other's point of view.......Interesting Rainman, that you like their "boldness" with this statement:

Tell me then. Why must they "feel" threatened? Why can't they just "whip it out" so to speak, and stun the world right now?.........I'll tell you why.......Because it is a highly controversial area of study, that they're trying to delve into, and I'm sure many others have been putting much research into similar studies/cures/etc, for years now.........So I understand when you guys are so "positive"(along with them), that this whole study will "change the world", but the "proof is in the pudding" so to speak. It is nothing more than "controversy", until some statistics are uncovered. When you guys say that it is all "proven science", don't you realize that's the reverse of a basher saying "It's all a bunch of crap"?.........I guess I'm saying, for now at least, it's all based on "belief".........Until there's bonafida "proof" in some of these studies, I can't accept them as "rational"........I'll bet there's very similar arguments that go on, about some of the patent approved methods out there, of wrapping magnets all over a persons body, putting their feet in a container of water, and passing a minute electric current through them, from their head to their toes.......Believe me, I've seen some of those ancient released patents, and they never gained acceptability, even though there's probably patients out there, who "swear" by the procedure.......I know. You can say apples to oranges, at this point........I just find it a little odd, that they are "generally" so "protective" of their patents, when their patents are nothing more than a legal filing, that what they believe to be true, is "theirs"..........It reminds me a little, of the Monty Python skit, with a lady being interviewed about her "theory" of the brontosaurus. When questioned, she says "It is my theory, and therefore it is mine, and it is a theory"........(And nothing more).........These guys need to prove their "theory", and get it over with........If this thing drags on, to trial after trial, then something is definitely wrong..........JMO.
