Thanks for the info, and welcome aboard the CGFIA Flotilla, as we like to refer to ourselves. (we have boatloads of shares, cumulatively)

Re: buying, there are some brokers who will let you buy. Check a few of the past posts, and you will see you are not alone. Scottrade is one you can buy through, but transferring penny stocks is also a problem due to the high cost.
Many of the guys here have opened a second account with a different broker, and are holding what they have in the first till the price rises enough to make the transfer worthwhile. If you need any help, just post a message and someone will usually have an answer for you.
