[ADDED] I'll be waiting to buy back in FEEL after what I see is an inevitable R/S. I thought that what I was waiting for was obvious since I've been accused of attempting to lower the price in order to buy back in.
ADDED: The additional shares gives them room to finish off the convertible debentures. Once those are completely gone, they will see a need to reduce the share structure while still maintaining complete control of the company, IMO.
