when you look into a pool and find out that the pool has poison in it....you dont drink it. and you dont let your livestock drink the poisoned water either. big pool or small pool, still poison...DONT DRINK IT...

Mr.CS12, this is not the concern and the Chief wont argue that point.
Why not just start out by telling investors and pot. investors we have 49M that was giving to XYZ? The Chief assumes no one cares Tom F recieved his shares for service and if he can sell them so be it but there was a lack a transparancy on this.
A PR released stated merger COMPLETED for MS and CENTA, was this true at the time and if NOT why did the PR state "Completed"?
Audited Fin. are released showing a debt free company [is it debt free] and are they real fins?and if not why are they released as that?
Sorry the Chief wants to invest but I would like to see just a couple more things address first.
