Dean can reveal the names of the consultants if he wanted to. There is nothing stopping him. this is no different than when Dean withheld the details of the NSE letter from shareholders.
Dean doesn't even seem to know how many consultants he employs, nor does he seem fully aware of when exactly the FDA meeting is.
