Good questions. The only thing we know for sure is that the max payment due (in total) to LLEG is $2.5M for it's 50% share in LBB. It is unlikely that we'll ever know the other details that you are interested in.
Thus, LLEG will get 50% of somewhere between $0 and $5M.
I'm tempted to go with the Avil statement LLEG as the enity selling its stack before the last spaghetti org-chart, would get the entire amount not 50%.
My guess is that the AR was paid, and the time frame was probably shortly before the New Bedford investment was announced. LLEG needed to rescue their seed money from Berlin first, in order to shift into a new project stake at New Bedford.
But the reality seems much worse.
The reality has yet to be announced. That would be a 10Q. The worst case currently would be no 10Q by the end of October. Forget about uplisting. Stockholders are kept in the dark as to the true financial status of the company along with its function as a company.
