Dean can reveal whatever he wants to reveal.

He is the client. He is the one paying the bills.

The consultant doesn't make the rules, the client makes the rules.

Just like Dean was never prevented from revealing his correspondence with the FDA. He just didn't want shareholders to have that information as he posted in his Facebook temper tantrum.
