The point of the exclusivity count (which was stated quite plainly) was to rub it in the faces of those who dared to contend that TEVA's claims about tEnox being approved were legitimate. A daily reinforcement to them of how silly they were. Keep in mind that it was a foregone conclusion by most here that TEVA was the ONLY legitimate threat to this count. So do I think it is fair to jab back? Absolutely. Why?
Because no one has the right to be judge, jury, and executioner on a public message board. It is a place where differing opinions should be encouraged and discussed freely, not labeled as heresy. So yes, linhdtu it needed to be done by someone and I was happy to do it. That count exemplified all that is wrong with this board and those who control it.
