I just showed that TMSH represented the current value of their shares at $1 on Feb. 1, 2011 when in fact they were worth less than one half of that and dropping and TMSH shares have never traded above .75 and that was for one or at most two days.

Now it appears that WEIC accepted TMSH's false value of those shares!

Who should file suit against who?
