I think Cate street is blocking payment so they can buy up plants before Laidlaw

Cate is blocking a $2.5M payment so they have enough financing to buy $30M in Maine property? Is this the same Cate which has financed $6 billion to finance more than 40 projects? Do you believe LLEG is in a position to even compete for a $30M property?

There's only one reason Cate is not paying LLEG. And it has nothing to do with cat scratching to come up with funds to buy in Maine.
