The opinions express on this board have not demonstrated that any statement by the company was false or were they ever shot down in minutes as you claim. Of course, making allegations about Val personally can be viewed as a swipe against the company, but neither does that amount to anything of substance especially with regard to MDGC's patents, projects, relationships, technology, and market in which MDGC to attempting to penetrate.
