I do not want to see this happen to a company with so much potential. Hopefully management realizes this and understands what needs to be done to bolster investor sentiment while solidifying our trust in management's decisions on the company's path. As part owners of Healthnostics, we deserve to know what the company's goals are, and how and when Black plans to get us there.

I'm guessing if net effect of "accretive" dilution turns into winfall for HNSS management and bust for investors, investors would be forced to take appropriate action. I'm holding out right now for successful MinnPack and even greater response PPS since we're just about at rock bottom. Can you imagine investor action if provable management responsible for rock bottom PPS? Doesn't jive however with current MinnPack commitment and HNS growth. If you have a successful business the last thing you want is years of entanglement in continuous litigation and loss of reputation. No doubt.
