How about the 40 mm round which was shot from a grenade launcher that looked like a sawed off shot gun......

I saw some IDIOTS tossing them to each other when loading the belt on a "Hog".....got out of they're way real quick!!!!!

(they are "IDIOTS" because I am certain this shell go off when striking after "X" amount of rotations)

Yep, that was always pretty funny .. Glad I found out the reason for it though ... I was always wondering ... LOL
