I agree with you all about the BMGI carryover into PHAR. And it MUST be dealt with by the company!

However, how do you know your shares were not already accounted for in the float?

Have you asked your broker or PHAR? I would like the know the answer myself. I assume that they must be accounted for - but I always want to know.

those shares would have been r/s as well and so they would have had like 5 cents value after the r.s at this price and wouldn't even be worth converting and to even get the restriction off you would need company approval or something of the sort

I agree on some points...

and disagree on others

I really dont think there are many leftover from the previous shell...


and no one just got FREE shares, there is almost always a price

many penny smart CEO's declare a divy, as to keep a carrot infront of investors so they can dilute!

I would think most of the previous shell shareholders, already sold out and move on during the .05's .04's .03's .02's

and the rest of them are here and LONG!!




Please correct me if I am wrong...BUT the amount of shares that anyone from the old shell shareholders could have should be a non-issue

I highly doubt there was much after the 2500-1 Reverse Split

so every 2500 shares turned into 1


lets say someone had 10M shares of BMG*
after the R/S they only had just 2,500 of PHAR
and 100M of BMG* left with 25K=ugh!!

so if you take a good look at that math

if investors had 250k shares of BMG* before the split, they had only 10 shares after... you see where I am going with this;-)

Who do you think has any shares left from BMG*

I doubt very man=, very many people, very many shares

•Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2500 split. Pay date=10/18/2010.

Keep in mind the Split you se above is 100% NOT PHAR, that was BMG*

PHAR has never had any splits= EVER!!!!!!!!!!
