I am pretty sure this company is a scam. It has had 3 reverse splits over the past several years, not good. I know my investment is peanuts compared to what it was before the last reverse split. The shareholders are in the dark and we have no idea what is going on, probably nothing. The only thing positive I see about this stock is that we are a good candidate for a reverse merger. Thoughts?
