Who said it's gonna be at $5 soon? Why should they risk anything? Their salaries, bonuses and options are pretty substantial. They just did a financing below the 52 week low at $1.11. I don't think they think it will be at $5 soon.

On the other hand, I see that MNTA took a big hit today. Insiders have been selling their shares for years.
