Mexico can be a HUGE global leader in many industries as they have workable weather year round, a massive population that needs to be educated, and a drug problem that crushes their safety and individual success. They have problems, but they have a lot of Raw ingredients that are necessary to become a great nation. I'm glad scorpex is taking advantage of some cheap land, labor, good weather etc, more lex permits perhaps.....to accomplish their dreams.
