This, I believe, had to do with a recalculation of the efficiency of the plant and not a higher chip feed rate. Also it was supposedly done after Homeland left the project. Again, second hand info.
What if you agree to pay when they deliver the car to your driveway. The car arrives with it being towed. You start it up, and it blows a head gasket, leaking oil on your driveway. Are you still obligated to pay?
Cate contracted LLEG to deliver a working engineering design, where in turn LLEG subcontracted the work. LLEG delivers a design which had to be reworked (oil on the driveway). Is Cate obligated to pay for a failed design?
