This is almost assuredly an indicator that the market does not believe or no longer believes this never ending stream of news releases that announce "planned" and "expected" events.

Where are the drilling permits, where are the production numbers, where is (OMG) revenue? FOGC has none of that ... only more and more promises for the future.
