#81200 RE: johnnycomelately9 #81191

we've been told that not all the acquired acres are li,potassium or borium contained land.
a lot of space is required to build up the infrastructure to facilitate the mining. (especially surface for the ponds). so if we have 14.000 acres of lithium land that would already be a big accomplishment.
we have to withdraw the cost of buying the acquisitions. 50pct (as we learned from R extracting lithium is expensive) could be withdrawn to produce. if a company wants to buy out MMTE these costs will be reality. the entity that wants to buy out will calculate a plus minus 25 profit margin.
14.000 acres x 20.000 K = 280M
minus 50pct production costs = 140M
minus 25pct profit margin = 70M
minus acquisition costs...
starts to look like a 0 operation, lol.

Good Post Johnny, I've been telling people we are going to go north. The main thing, IMO, that has kept us at this level is people beating a dead horse. Mainly because we (most of us) bought in at a higher PPS and had expectations different than what worked out.

Do I wish PPS was higher? yes :)
I bought in first @.0035 and considered it a bargain back then.
We are undervalued and I have averaged down about 7 times.

We will go north, just a matter of the right catalyst.
