I spoke to Tom (gentlemen who offered to write the check on the spot) and let him know that quite a few other shareholders wanted to assist in the effort and that he would not need to bear the burden of the entire 7k himself.

I told Tom that I would set up the fund and take care of administrating it and getting the proceeds to the firm that will be copying the documents.
