Nice. No, guessing that isn't exactly the sequence. But wouldn't hurt if B could pull off "...com[ing] back from a trade show with audited financials." (Seriously, before, during or after is fine with me.)
"Audited financials" however a game changer if HNSS looking for bigger players. Maybe with blowout orders and rolodex full of serious contacts off trade show squeaky clean accounting not required.
To be honest, at this point I'll take just getting HNSS to the show...
