You would think that all the preliminaries were in place before CGAQ
let out it's idea of having the boxing bout at the racetrack.

I have to admit that with a boxer like Joan Guzman who apparently can
not loose the weight in the junior welterweight division because he
wants to get a shot at the Championship bout of that weight.

It will be hard to schedule a bout if he does not loose the weight.

He needs to consider been in the welterweight division, the weight he
is more comfortable making the weight in.

PsD-as of sept 12th, guzman did have an opponent-Armando Robles!! ceo swank updated fight sept 6, he made no mention of any changes. just because guzman is stating he is fighting Ponce, does not make it so. this is guzman's JG Entertainment first promotion, he may not have a clue to what is going on..and yes, even though guzman says he is fighting Ponce, does not make it so..i know it sounds crazy, but why should we believe guzman over swank? our ceo has issued a previous "confirmed" fight card, he could have easily mentioned any changes in recent project update-and he did not. even confirmed that he would soon announce investor fight package. can't imagine he would be that irresponsible not to reveal any "headliner" changes, especially investors that would make flight plans based on a noteworhy fight. Robles no patsy like Ponce, who's wins mostly come from foes with more losses than wins. IR Roberto and CEO Swank have not issued any press releases supporting Guzman's claims, so i think it is simply wrong to assume any media hype until it comes from cgaq. Roberto, Swank -maybe time for update to straighten these rumors out?
