I understand the structure. My problem is with his wording, "certain adjustments". That is vague and ambiguous. That is a catch all phrase thst means anything whatsoever could have been done with that payment. Wouldn't it be simpler to list a dollar amount and specify where the money went? But vague and ambiguous is the lifeblood of the con man.
