this is what scares me, i believe in the product/company but this is the problem, we have to get the share price up in order to be sec compliant but at the same time we gotta keep the lights on at the company so dilution is somewhat necessary. I just pray that a r/s isnt needed to get us a higher listing

THAT IS RIGHT.WHEN S-1 COMES IN TO PICTURE THEN THERE IS NO MORE 504.WHAT ENTERS THE PICTURE THEN IS CD FLOORLESS CDs=THE END OF WNBD FIRST ROUND STUCKHOLDERS.EITHER IT GOES TO 10 BILLION A/S,OR R/S.ONE OF THE TWO.NO ONE WILL LEND MONEY.THE ONLY SMART MONEY WILL INVEST IN FLOOLESS CDs TO TAKE THIS THING OUT OF THE PICTURE.
IF YOU THINK 504 IS BAD, WAIT TILL YOU SEE THE CDs COMING.AHHHHHH.
