Take a look at the deals these bozos cut with Genentech and DeboPharm (the paltry upfront payments and minimal royalty percentages versus almost any other partnership agreement in major pharma over the past 5 years). Further, look at the abymsal financings the bozo Dan and his bozo buddy Mike made---warrants warrants warrants. These two mules continue to go to the banks that continue to screw them over with bad financings ove and over again. It is like they could care less how the company is financed or how the company brings in money as long as they have a doctors smock on and a good job title.
These two should just resign. They are shareholder killers and it is one of the reasons why there is zero interest in the stock. Because any knowledgable shareholder knows that doofus Dan is probably drumming up another financing with Rodman or Lazard...afterall, the stock is under $4 and Dan refuses to let the shares get anywhere above $4 before he does another moronic financing.
