efrky, I agree with you in general principle, but do you agree that the background and the why of each of these bumps in the road need to be factored in before a realistic analyses can be achieved?

For instance the opening of CGAQ was at the height of the tourist season and it was new in the area and therefore drew more local crowds then usual. That was followed by the beginning of the second recession that has deepen since we opened. However, this last financial did show some improvement and it was part of the slow season.

Luperon's books were cooked to show an 80 to 90% booking, but no mention was made that the bookings were brokers holding reserved blocks to accommodate any request they might get.

I have some reservations regarding the slots parlor myself. I can appreciate that they didn't try to put more slots in there at this time until they determine what their needs are. I don't know what the leasing agreement would be but if they had the room to house 100 slots which apparently they don't and had to buy them we are looking at a cost of between one and one point five million dollars. If they are getting any kind of traffic flow one machine can cover their monthly expenses, the balance is clear profit.

Please send Mark's email and I will email him. I think there are at lease two points to be considered regarding the online system. The US issue (our ability to keep US citizens from participating and the other is quality time to devote to the implementation of the online system.

The $450K Kiosk order was a projection based on a screening of potential customers that indicated an interest in possibly getting one of these units. Immediately after this announcement was made all this business about restricting the installation of new units and new laws came to the forefront. We haven't got any data on the effect this is going to have on our work plan.

The entertainment delays are based of the parties involved and their individual needs. As long as we have not advertised this fight date officially we can delay the fight as often as we need to. We as shareholders are the only ones being affected by these delays.

I don't know what the relationship is between JG Entertainment and CGAQ, but I'm certain they will get it finalized shortly one way or the other.

The only thing that will motivate the PPS growth is an engine showing performance or definite signs of potential revenue.

Yes I concur with you but there are two sides to every story and I try to consider both. If this company fails it won't be from lack of effort that I promise you. When we have an delay it is for a reason. The problem is we are not informed of it timely resulting in total frustration among the masses.

A while back it was agreed that we would get updates on the status of the various pending projects. I assumed it would be in the form of an email. (PROJECT STATUS FOR MM/YYYY) But then it appeared in the form of a meaningless PR. If we had received the same information as an email I don't think it would have caused as much trouble, but to some it would not have been satisfactory. I would be quite satisfied to receive an email periodically indicating each pending project and showing something like " Project #1 nothing new to report this time. Project #2 made some advancement this time. Etc. That too would not satisfy some but at least we would know that the projects are being monitored.

We can't please all the people any of the time so don't try. Just report the status and let it go at that. Have a great day. PB
