Easy as this...DKAM has had to dilute to cover expenses...this was for product, marketing/distributing, and yes to cover some salaries that were maybe a little to generous for the lack of success they were having. Lately they have used shares to pay for different agreements and whatnots. There are peeps on this board who have been here since 2008 and have watched the pps drop like gang busters. However, the pps has been on a climb with the recent success in products, like Kah, and the company seems to be turning around and heading in a new direction. IF the company is done diluting this is a solid play. There is some speculation on here that it is not done(dilution that is), where others believe we have seen the bottom. Look at the info and judge for yourself...this is for sure, sales are up...I have drank Rheingold and seen Mexicali in the store, and they have finally found a business plan that works.
