The Apclark Field as I understand is owned by
BGOI. Some DD has led me to believe the costlier
work to develop the filed into production is being
outsourced to BSPE.
A quiet period has existed forever it seems, maybe
its in the contract, who knows.
Still holding a sizeable position Long.
