Apple did NOT buy One Voice patent(s). Let me be excrutiatingly CLEAR.

Apple did not buy one or any part of One Voice's patents which were little more than an attempt to patent the concept of VOIP and voice recognition technology when Dean Weber first learned of the concepts in the mid 90s. Soon afterwards he became associated with a well known scam funder and organizer, Rahoul Sharan who, during the course of their discussions for the set up of the One Voice scam, suggested he do a prior art patent search and file a title and abstract including any aspects of VOIP and voice recognition which didn't turn up in the search. Weber and Sharan, much like their enabling minions, thinking they were genuises took a dozen stupid shortcuts and failed to spend the time investigating all subclasses, references and review claims of the subject matter. Whoops. They overlooked the fact that all the key elements Weber set out to patent bar one, his simple patch program concept, had been registered as far back as 1988. This was not discovered until much later when the first patents for the patch concepts were granted but the others denied (under protest).

Apple, Inc. had access to VR technology that is light years ahead of anything Weber patented or invented since the concept first existed. Steve Wozniak and Ron Wayne have documented references to valid and amazing "ahead of their time" concepts of VR being used in the Apple II that encompass far more detail that the interference patents filed by Weber over two decades later. To even imagine that Apple would consider buying an interference patent based off DOS platform tech in 2010 is too ludicrous to even imagine.

At the beginning of the year it was conceptulized that a pump and dump of OVOE stock could be started and run by holders of the now worthless OVOE shares. It was to be seeded with $1500 from the parties and run based on wild rumor, insane speculation and outright prevarication all presented as "documented fact". It was to be based on a "ladder walk" of OVOE stock bought at an incrementally increasing PPS in buys of a couple thousand shares at a pop in concert with the simultaneous release of this type of prevaricative BS across many OVOE chat boards on the internet. Unfortunately, "documented fact" which continually lacks the slightest documentation especially where One Voice Technologies, Inc. in concerned, is doomed to failure and you will see ZERO, let me repeat, ZERO evidence of the buying of any One Voice patent(s) by Apple, Inc. in ANY of those type posts. Both attempts at the P&D, it should be pointed out, failed miserably.

There are reams of documentation for the patents owned by Jobs, Wozniak and Apple, Inc. at the USPTO. But don't take my word for a single bit of it. Look them up yourself. Unlike the OVOE P&D patrol, I KNOW the evidence exists to back what I am posting, so I WILL provide the links to real time research. Search the archives at the USPTO and cross reference One Voice patents with Apple. According to the P&D pundits, they have been registered under Apple's name since June of 2010 and should be easy to locate. Or, call, email or write Apple IR and speak directly to a rep.

I am a long time Apple shareholder with a great deal of money invested in the company. I follow the company very closely...VERY closely. If you cannot find full evidence of what you need concerning these reported One Voice "patent buys" contacting Apple, Inc. using the included reference URLs, post and specify. All IMHO.

I do not see how apple buying the patents is good for one voice. In fact I see it as a negative. I also note that the buying of the patents did nothing for the stock price, nor did the fact that such an important bit of information was never released by the company which they had a fiduciary responsability to report but have not.
