And where you and i differ is business ethics. Like i said, big money will use or even create loopholes, if possible, so you better hope sfios patent really is a road block covering the entire road, because good drivers with good cars just need a little gap to get by, smooth. I think you give the wrong entities/people too much credit from an ethical standpoint. My 'hunch' is that sfio never gets a dime for their patent, and their device wont be 'popular' because the device big tobacco comes out with will be made popular. We already agree on this though. So my advice to you Elite Yoda if your invested here... Watch closely whats going on with the bigs and their design and SELL this stock before the bigs hit the stream. I think sfio will have one or even multiple runs in the mean time..... I understand the bigs are at least 2 years away from hitting the market.

have owned sfio quite some time..understand "the lock" situation and buying/selling hassle. i am curious as to why roth has not grabbed the bull by the horns and updated us with distributor plans..that was in the works prior to the meltdown, plenty of time to get distributor game plan together...shoot, why not provide an opportunity for xmas mall kiosks for interested distributors...quick, easy and product exposure. i just get the feeling that mgmt. trying to get whatever funds they can, and slowly fade away....internet sales are not enough! has anyone contacted roth to ask about distributorships lately? ...i'll send an email this weekend and see if i receive response.
