(Sam) Mark, we are in conversation with our TA and even they are not sure on the date but we are hoping it would happen soon. The problem is that you have a monopoly with so much power (DTC, Cusip) that do things on their own terms without any considerations.

I know for a fact this is true. The DTCC marches at their own drum beat. They will get to us at their discrection. Usually between 7-20 trading days. Most are less than 14 days, unless there are some "issues" that need to be clarified as per SEC requirements. IFXYD Keepin' da faith!
