the problem, veno, is that you keep making unsubstantiated claims, implying that you are in contact with someone in NC.

You've been doing this for quite a while, and whenever these claims of yours are finally proven to be false, you blithely ignore your previous claim and move on to the next one. You claims IRS tax liens are "fodder" and the like ... what are we supposed to make of such claims? IRS tax liens that are unpaid lead regularly to prison sentences. Did you not read the post I made a few weeks ago showing people going to prison for 3 years for not remitting LESS MONEY than JD failed to remit? This is "fodder"??

You were repeating over and over (and OVER) about the vetting that had been done on exph, and then we find (not through you, nor 4kids, nor exph mgt but from independent inquiry through publicly available sources .... SHAMEFUL) that the bank you claimed vetted exph is now suing them for non-payment. Typically, you just ignore this and move on to the next rationalization; in this case, you start mocking "internet research". (Of course, WE UNDERSTAND PERFECTLY WELL WHY YOU MOCK IT!) Really too funny!

What about "9 days away from full transparency and disclosure" that you were claiming? Aren't you in the least bit upset that they cancelled the meeting at the last minute? Weren't you planning on attending? If not, is it because you do not want to verify what your "boots on the ground" have been telling you? Also, your statement to JEREMIAH that "I hope you haven't bought your plane ticket" smacks of a little cruelty to me (IMHO). After losing $176,000.00 to these crooks, don't you think Jerry losing another $1500 to $2000 on a plane ticket is like pouring salt in a wound?

Let's talk again in early November. By then, we should have full transparency from JD, and all will be well and all manner of things shall be well .......... (lmao)
