Depends on what you think is going on? Two schools of thought. They are halted at the moment for reasons outside of their control or they are halted right now for specific reasons in their control which will be announced post vote. I come from the school of thought that the Actavis, Mikah, Epic stuff means a lot more than we currently can see and in time will be revealed.
