You must understand I ask this because of Tom Megas' previous attempt to sue us and it is not an attack against you.

Getting the global lock removed would be great, but it would be pretty non-relevant if Tom Megas doesnt get us relisted as a public company, capable of selling/buying shares on the open market -
so is it safe to assume, that if you break the deadlock, then getting relisted with SEC/FINRA is going to for sure happen?

what about the courts - will we not seek recompense on some level with the brokers who sold millions and millions of naked short shares?

and your location in the UK, that is interesting of course, but do you have experience/expertise in dealing with the American SEC and FINRA and possibly the Depository Trust ? The American system is sadly very corrupt - do you have personnell or contacts that can 'deal' with law enforcement or judges on this side of the Atlantic?
