so what are you going to vote? about the Omnibus stock option plan and the other stock option compensation plan...

Do you know if MDF who called or your broker?
Is your shares listed under street name?

RMIWA I think they call all the big shot stockholders. Yeah, I'm sure of it!

I have occasionally gotten a call from companies. They hire a company to get out the vote if they are worried about getting enough votes to pass something important. Maybe they also check to see if you have already voted on the proxy.com site and are calling those who haven't responded.

MDF-

I too received a phone call (today) remindering me to vote my MDF shares prior to the annual meeting. I only have about 5k shares, so it would be a major stretch to call me a MDF "heavy-hitter." But it was definately strange to receive a phone call...
