Better retrofit than a new $20,000 engine.. and we know what usually happens with new engine designs.

To meet the EPA 2010 mandates here in the U.S.
DEF fluid ( DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID ) is now being marketed big time for diesel vehicles to comply with diesel emissions standards.
Effective January 1, 2010, the EPA has mandated tougher emission control standards for all highway diesel vehicles.
DEF is a clear non toxic chemical, urea solution for use as a reducing agent for SCR ( Selective Catalytic Reduction ) in diesel-powered vehicles. Toxic exhaust emissions are reduced to the following components of air, nitrogen, water, and carbon dioxide, thereby removing previous environmentally and physically damaging pollutants from further entering the atmosphere.
DEF is stored in a supplementary tank on the vehicle. The dosage is approximately 2% of fuel consumption, is calculated precisely by the vehicles electronic computer and injected into the exhaust duct.
DEF is a 32.5% aqueous urea solution of the highest purity.....and is 70070 and ISO 22241 GLOBAL Compliance Standards.
Every fleet I know with OEM's new Volvo's, Mack's, Cat, and Kenworth engines etc. are equipped with the DEF storage stainless steel storage tanks right next to diesel saddle tanks. DEF is being sold in huge volumes now at every truck stop plaza in USA.
DEF is here and virtually any new truck bought in the U.S. is equipped with DEF fluid mgmt system.
Now EGOC'S equipment may be the way to go for reefers, ...huge market for the refrigerated equipped trailers.
