EVXA - Mr. Exclued,
All the facts you raise are old hat and anyone investing here today are most likely to understand that Enviroxtract is based on new management as well a well positioned plan which seems to be coming to fruition. I am extremely confident in where Mr. Cheney is taking EnviroXtract as well their latest addition - CON-X.
EVXA is going to win big and if you want to blow negative steam (for whatever reason- perhaps to lower the Share value), do it after it hits +2./ Shr.
I suggest BUY in or start to comment from an educated, current standpoint.

Not to Bash you Sid - that was educated current of a statement and is not negative steam. He is simply stating the known/unknown facts. I'm hard hit and stand with Exclued at this point - I have been in on this stock for some time -( also re-purchased in hope this sinking ship --- that maybe/possibilities/odds thing would take off again ) I do want it too!

If you ask the 1000's of others who got burned with the reverse splits with this stock what they think - how its not fair too lose out when corporate crooks decides to take it. You may lean toward our behalf.

Not to totally disagree with your judgement with new management; your word 'SEEMS' is just that. Untill new solid written facts are of public display --- defending them/him with your 'Intentions' stated - a person might be cautious. Reading some of your posts gives an related impression of a secretary's standpoint for Cheney's behalf. ( extremely confident )
