If it is, they have run it out to the end, as they have diluted the pps to the max (IMO). There is no way they use a 0.0001 or 0.0002 pps to raise cash. If it doesn't turn around and move up soon, I will know you are right and this has been a SCAM. Right now will remain optimistic and continue to believe we have inept management, not crooked management.
