If LLEG reports its earnings from the equity sale, then they will, IMO, be able to get closure to the financials, that will allow the auditing to be concluded, which in turn will get us to a point where we'll be re-listed or probably uplisted to the OTCBB.

And if I hit all 5 numbers and the Powerball, I will be a multi-millionaire. I figure that my odds of winning the powerball are about the same as LLEG ever seeing the OTCBB. But hey, keep on dreaming Civil.

nonsense. possible FUTURE earnings have nothing to do with why past due reports can not be completed.
