Actually, you never answered mine, why did Jim drag a$$ and not complete the audits in over one years timeframe?? You cant win this argument, it wasnt Sams job to complete the audits, it was Jims job to prove what he was bringing to BRZL, not Sams....What do you want Sam to do fly over to Texas and hold Jims had like a little kid and make sure he gets his homework done, get real....
