They are so far behind in their required SEC financial filings, they are going to get moved to the PinkSheets. It's like being an NFL player and getting sent back to Popwarner. You suck so baddly at doing what is required, your getting kicked down to the bottom of the bottom.
What can be done about it? I have no idea why a company would let itself get to this point in the first place. The "E" is a warning. You would think that would be enough, and they would want that off of their sysmbol as soon as possible. It's been a coupld of weeks now and the "E" is still there. It tells me the company doesn't care about it's investors.
