Hey! Take it easy will ya', I'm a rookie here! I was just wondering if that made any sense? Obviously you don't think so...I just don't understand why, with all of the legalities and scrutiny involved these people would chance anything at this juncture. Having millions of dollars and being in jail doesn't sound like a victory to me.

I honestly don't think the BOD would put themselves in the crosshairs if that was all they were going to do.

AFTER THE BELL
As I understand it, the BOD volunteered to have a forum. As far as I know, nobody even suggested the idea to them. Since it was their idea, I tend to think they have something beneficial to share OR they are planning to invite us to a fund raising event after the forum. I hope it's the former. And I'm pretty sure they would presume the latter might get them tarred and feathered.
RE: PR - Many PR statements are released after the stock market is closed. So I'm nit expecting anything tomorrow. However, positive announcements Saturday eve regarding Daic settlement, OTC Pinks and Tmobile would create a feeding frenzy Monday AM (ie: a big run up of the pps.)
IMO releasing all of the info at once, after hours, during a stockholders forum would have a greater impact on the pps than releasing the information one piece at a time, after lunch on any given Tuesday.
