It does happen , it can happen and it should happen. I agree not very often , but I don't believe PHAR is your " typical" pink sheet stock!! We will see how it works out.
I have another pink sheet stock were the CEO has announced and is expected to cut her equity"shares " just in order to reduce the A/S....so yeah it does happen!!
Peeps tend to believe all pinks are the same and do the same stuff...couldn't be farther from the truth, try thinking outside of the box every now and then!! IMO,gltu
