If there was significant dumping this would be at sub-pennies and you know it. There is zero buying interest right now as there is nothing to speculate on.
Spectrum "is" to pay them money in royalty fashion if milestones are reached. The terms of which are not permitted to be disclosed. Where is the money? Just as you can't tell that it is all "eaten up" because they haven't released the financials for the corresponding period as of yet.
Even still, no one is saying that the Spectrum contract is worth 50MM.
