It is not Muddy Waters that put out the report, he just made a tweet that he was shorting the stock.

Being cautious on this stock is not only wise but prudent. There are several acctg issues that have not been addressed from this report. 1) Why sell 5% of a company for $7mm when its reportedly worth $1.2bil? 2)How come there are such disparities between Chinese and SEC financial reports? 3) If "anonymous's" reports are false, why has info on auction sale taken down from internet?

IMO, I believe where there's smoke there's fire. The only question is , how big a blaze there is.
