Well said. I have expressed that same sentiment on a couple of different venues. Of course the view was not met with great enthusiasm. (LOL)
We have been through a few senarios that were supposed to move this issue to the stratosphere. The announcement of block 1, the pcs of block 1, XOMs decision on its preferred rights and the holy grail---the actual announcement of awards.(I may have missed a few)
But the market has not reacted. My thoughts are if the actual announcement of what we have(validation) didnt send this through the roof what could???? The only thing I can see is announcement of when drilling will take place and or the actual finding of oil.
But you never know what might light the fire under this issue. But the acceptance of awards which is a far gone conclusion isnt going to be it. Of course this is just my opinion. PL
