Nice to see CGAQ's attorney doesn't proof read their work either:

"Issuer's Quarterly financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2011 and posted May 15, 2011"

So CGAQ posted their 2nd quarter financials a month and a half BEFORE the quarter ended?? The incompetence never ceases to amaze me...
