Even with a dilution of this size, do you really think the people that gain the stocks will want this to drop down by selling all at ounce?? Counter intuitive if you ask me. Sure, there will be some selling and there could be allot of it. But, no investor in his right mind would sell all there shares for .10 when they can sell for $.50 if they wait and gradually get rid of their shares. Not only that, but some of the people that are given the shares will want to keep a major portion of there shares to keep there power base with YRCW, when it comes time to vote on things. My only concern with this situation, is if they do a RS. That would take this stock down quickly to the point of the RS, making our shares virtually worthless. I don't see that happening very soon, as it was not part of therir restucturing edict. The meeting on Friday should give some light to what they are going to do.
